Rafa's Bar, as always, has a great atmosphere! While the Campinas Municipal Market (our "Mercadão") is being renovated, Rafa's Bar continues to offer good service and a very good food and drink menu! I'm always there, it's great

A great Saturday afternoon and a super stuffed palm heart pastry. The service was excellent, it's worth it to enjoy some samba and eat great snacks.

My wife and I have a habit of visiting municipal markets on our trips, and it couldn't have been any different when we visited the Campinas Municipal Market earlier this year, on our way to the airport. Unfortunately, it was being renovated and we weren't able to see the interior, which I believe is very beautiful. To get around the situation, the merchants had a temporary roof structure set up around the building. That alone was worth congratulating them for their resilience, think of a hot place! But with all the merchants, the warmth of the welcome and good service was even greater, and our visit had its highlight at Bar do Rafa, recommended by the owner of Casa do Chapéu (where I of course bought an excellent hat and a bag, by the way, it's very good). We went there for lunch, seriously, there's no space and yet it can accommodate the world! The waitresses are great and you can trust their suggestions. We tried the Parmigiana steak and the codfish pastry. It's hard to say which one is better. What's certain is that you'll leave satisfied. In my case, I was satisfied, happy with the experience, and a little sad because I don't know when I'll be back! People talk a lot about root and Nutella. I can tell you that it's the ROOT there. Everything is seasoned just right, the drinks are at the right temperature (in a hot and stuffy place), and the price is right to make you a regular customer. It's close by, so go and enjoy!

We have always been very well attended, the food is well seasoned and the menu is quite varied, there are always things to try. Last time we ordered pastel. It is very filling, worth the price. The flank steak with catipiry and the dried beef with catupiry cost 17 reais each, but it comes with a lot of filling, dry dough and great flavor, it is worth the visit.

Bar Do Rafa Mercado Municipal de Campinas is without a doubt one of the best bars in the city.Everything there is good, the beer is cold, the price is fair and the service is top notch.Now, this couscous from the #ComidaDeBarteco portion is SURREAL it's so good.It's more than a feeling.#Try it, it's spectacular.

I can't give it less than 5 stars! The best pastel at Mercadão de Campinas, crispy, golden crust and dry! The country sausage and cheese pastel is amazing! The service is very good and fast, the guys are always smiling! And the price is great! I highly recommend it!
